Premium Brisbane residential developer, Pikos Group, has announced the appointment of highly experienced international commercial finance executive, Rebecca Slingsby, to the position of Chief Financial and Operating Officer.

Rebecca has held high-level positions within the real estate and development sector for more than 17 years including 14 years in Australia and most recently three years in the United States across the West and East Coasts.

She has direct experience in residential, commercial and retail property development.

Prior to joining the Pikos Group, Rebecca was focused on the commercial, financial and operational risk management of Lendlease’s development pipeline in New York and Boston.

Previous roles have included Commercial Director of Development for Lendlease in the US and General Manager of Finance based in Brisbane. She has also worked for UBS Wealth Management, JPMorgan Chase and HSBC in London.

Pikos Group Managing Director, Pedro Pikos said Rebecca’s outstanding track record in commercial finance and strong property development background made her a natural choice for the role as company CFO/COO.

As the Chief Financial and Operations Officer for the Pikos Group, Rebecca is responsible for managing the financial and operational functions of the company. Working closely with the senior leadership team, she ensures that the company’s finances and daily activities run smoothly.
