Managing Director, Pedro Pikos, along with partner Simon Cathcart, is the driving force behind the Pikos Group. Pedro oversees the company's acquisitions, formulates its strategic direction and provides visionary leadership to ensure its continued success.

Pedro has been a leading figure in the property industry for 40 years having developed and managed $5 billion of residential and commercial property. Pedro spent the first half of his career creating the Northern Territory’s largest real estate company, before redirecting his focus in 1990 to pursue his passion for property development. In 2003 he moved his property business to Brisbane, with a strategic vision for the Pikos Group to deliver exceptional residences in Brisbane’s most desirable locations. Pedro’s passion for design excellence and creating a positive legacy for the community has earned him a reputation as a leader in the property industry.

Simon is an expert problem solver and accomplished Executive Manager with more than 15 years’ experience in residential and commercial property development, construction, and investment. Simon has been a financial partner in all Pikos Group property developments since 2008, and in 2020 became an equal shareholder in the business together with Pedro. Pedro and Simon oversee all aspects of the business with their primary focus on acquisition and group strategy.

Simon holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronic) degree from the University of South Australia and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Simon worked as a media executive for more than 25 years and is the Founder and Executive Director of Fetch TV, and serves as a Director of Measat Global Bhd. and Astro Malaysia Holdings Bhd.

Having been the Pikos Group’s external accountant since 2000, Steve joined the executive team as an Advisory Board Member in 2006, before becoming a Group Executive in 2017, where he has played a pivotal role in transforming the business from a medium-sized private developer into a large investment group, building a diversified portfolio of property and business assets. In 2023, in conjunction with recruiting an experienced executive team, Steve stepped back from the day to day to form part of the Board, and is responsible for joint ventures, private equity investment, partner and debt management.

Steve is a specialist on debt and equity for property development and investment, having spent over 25 years as one of the founding partners of a Brisbane-based accounting practice that grew from a small business into a Top 100 company with worldwide reach.  Steve holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Chief Executive Officer, Michelle Wooldridge offers a wealth of skills and experience to drive Pikos Group’s continued growth and success. Her proven leadership abilities honed during her tenure as State Manager for Cedar Woods and Development Director for Lendlease make her an invaluable asset to the company.

Michelle’s track record comprises large scale projects such as the Brisbane Showgrounds, Herston Quarter, the Cross River Rail and the 15,000-lot master-planned community, Yarrabilba, reflecting her ability to navigate complex development landscapes and ensure successful outcomes. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Michelle is also the current Vice President of the Queensland Division Council for Property Council of Australia.

As the Chief Financial and Operations Officer for Pikos Group, Rebecca Slingsby is responsible for managing the financial and operational functions of the company. Working closely with the executive team, she ensures that the company's finances and daily activities run smoothly.

Rebecca is an experienced commercial finance executive who has held high-level positions within the real estate and development sector in Australia, London and the United States, and has direct experience in residential, commercial and retail property development.  Prior to joining Pikos Group, Rebecca was focused on the commercial, financial and operational risk management of Lendlease’s development pipeline in New York and Boston. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

As Senior Construction Manager, Michael Pikos has over 25 years' experience in the development and construction industries.

Michael spent 10 years on site in Pikos Group’s medium to large scale construction sites early in his career before transitioning into construction management, providing him with a unique understanding of both sides of the business. He has been Senior Construction Manager for more than 15 years, specialising in design delivery. Michael has been responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects in the Northern Territory and Southeast Queensland and is highly experienced in the management of multidisciplinary design teams, tender negotiations and contract documentation. Michael holds a QBCC Open Builders Licence.

Emmanouil Antonarakis is the Acquisitions & Development Manager at Pikos Group. He is a highly experienced development industry professional who plays a crucial role in formulating and implementing Pikos Group’s planning strategy. Emmanouil provides expertise in identifying potential development sites, alongside managing the entire life cycle of projects from market research, project feasibility, sales and marketing, construction and contract management, through to project delivery, plan sealing and settlements.

Emmanouil’s extensive development background includes over a decade’s experience as a consultant, senior town planner and project manager. He has worked on and completed numerous development projects throughout Southeast Queensland, ranging from subdivisions, residential apartments, commercial, industrial, community and mixed-use developments. He holds a bachelor degree in Urban Design and Regional Planning.

Terry Karydas is a highly regarded Project Consultant for Pikos Group. Terry applies his broad experience in previous property and construction law roles to assist Pikos Group’s development and administrative staff manage compliance at each stage of a project, from acquisition and planning through to construction, delivery and sale.

Terry’s wealth of experience ensures compliance with all laws and regulations, and that Pikos projects achieve a safe passage through the legal matrices of land and property development. Terry holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours).

As Senior Project Manager, Leah Cant is a valuable member of the Pikos Group. Leah plays a critical role in delivering Pikos Group’s premium residential developments on time and within budget whilst keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the lifecycle of each project.

Covering all facets of project management, Leah’s strength is the implementation and management of all systems required to deliver a successful development from concept to completion. She is responsible for assisting the project team in tracking, documentation, and execution of tasks for project workstreams. Leah is experienced in contract administration, residential sales, commercial leasing, management rights and facility management. She is also a MYOB Certified Consultant having operated her own business for 22 years in the Northern Territory.
